How to use:

1. Choose the balancer with appropriate specifications according to the weight of tools and accessories.

2. When hanging the balancer, be sure to connect the safety rope.

3. Adjust the adjusting worm on the balancer to make the balance weight of the balancer consistent with the weight of the tool used, so that the tool can be balanced at any position of the stroke, that is, the tool is in a weightless state. When adjusted clockwise, the balance weight increases and vice versa. The balance weight has been adjusted to the intermediate value at the time of delivery. The balance weight cannot be adjusted higher or lower than the rated value during adjustment, otherwise normal operation will be affected.

4. When removing the tool from the balancer, first pull the stop pin lever, turn it 30 degrees clockwise, put it back into the slot, lock the tower wheel, and then remove the tool, in case of sudden unloading, the hook is quickly retracted, hurting people or damaging the tool, then install the tool to disconnect the stop pin and reset the stop pin lever counterclockwise.

5. When the balancer is not hung with tools, do not pull it empty for no reason, so as not to cause the wrong groove of the steel rope or the hanging groove.

6. When the horizontal tilt of the operating tool exceeds 30 degrees, you need to move close to the vertical position to loosen the tool, otherwise it will cause the steel rope to be stuck in the wrong slot.

7. The load should be hung vertically.

Precautions:

(1) When disassembling the balancer, it is necessary to adjust the worm to rotate counterclockwise, so that the coil spring is completely relaxed before other work can be carried out.

(2) A safety check should be carried out on the balancer every month. The main checks include:

1. Whether the fasteners are loose.

2. Whether there are bumps, cracks and defects in the upper and lower hooks.

3. Whether the safety rope is reliable.

4. The shell and tower wheel should be free of cracks and severe wear.

5. Whether the safety device can work normally.

(3) If it is not used for a long time, it should be unloaded and stored. Pay attention to moisture to prevent the coil spring from rusting.
